Role Summary:

The Associate Campus Pastor / Student Minister will contribute to Rock Bridge’s mission of glorifying God through serving as a second chair leader that champions vision, DNA, and culture into execution that will move people from all walks of life to life in Christ.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Second Chair Leader to staff, ministry teams, and Chatsworth attendees.
  • Communicate our mission and vision effectively to staff, elders and volunteers, to ensure alignment.
  • Assist in vision, strategy, program development, evaluation for all aspects of ministry.
  • Implement, and follow a strategy that cares and equips key ministry team leaders to ensure they are accomplishing our purpose and following ministry play books.
  • Provide oversight to creating a presence in Chatsworth at local community events.
  • Lead by example at corporate gatherings and community events, bring energy, jumping in wherever help is needed, etc.
  • Serve as an “upfront leader” for worship services and mid-sized gatherings.
  • Lead all Chatsworth student ministry and volunteers to include things such as recruiting, training, and coaching of new team members along with vision-casting and development of these ministry teams.
  • Collaborate with our campus student ministers to plan and coordinate large student events.
  • Will perform the sacraments of the church as needed.

  • Be a loving leader that brings clarity, care, and communication.
  • Collaborate consistently with Campus Pastor to discern barriers and opportunities for the Dalton campus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Ministry: 2 years (Required)
  • Staff Leadership: 1 year (Required)
  • Experience working with students: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Chatsworth, GA 30705: Relocate before starting work (Required)
